Justin & Emma's end of terrace house still had it's original 1930's roof on it. It had a few slate missing causing it to leak. Some repairs that didn't match the existing slate, no felt beneath the slate's & very inadequate insulation, generally just very tired & in need of some TLC. The recent very wet winter finally convinced Emma that a new roof was the only solution.
Two men, four days..... not bad.
looking to extend his kitchen & add a utility room, Graham is going for a natural Brazilian grey/green slate finish, with four 'Velux' windows to help the light flood in.
Many thanks to Josh Turner at Vospers in Truro for all his help organising it.
